Robert Martinez left a mid-sized law firm in 2017 after more than three decades of work as a litigator first for the U.S. Government and then as a civil trial attorney working for several mixed practice law firms. This move has allowed him the freedom to branch out into different areas of law and become more involved in his local community.
Whether serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, as a partner in a large firm, or operating as a sole practitioner, each client receives the benefit his many years in practice offers.
Although most sole practitioners are limited in the types and sizes of cases they are equipped to accept, Robert is able to accept cases of all sizes and matters due to his extensive experience and expertise, as well as an “of counsel” relationship with a local firm.
The firm's paralegal, Jill Leopold Martinez, handles all administrative functions and IT as well as general paralegal duties.
